Pensionability

Teachers are asked to indicate whether they are opting into the supervision arrangements on a pensionable basis. The INTO strongly advises teachers to opt into the pensionability element of the supervision payment. Teachers have been given three years to consider their option and now must make a decision in relation to this matter. If you indicate that you are not opting into the pensionability element of the supervision arrangements - you will not get another option to opt in. Therefore it is imperative that teachers give due consideration to this option at this time.
