Regional Conference
The purpose of the Regional Conference is to discuss a motion on Droichead submitted by a number of district committees and decided by Standing Orders. The Regional Conference – convened on the requisition of the specified number of district committees under Rule 20 – is to consider a matter relevant to members in the Republic of Ireland and will therefore, under Rule, be a Regional Conference. A Regional Conference under Rule 21 has the power of Congress to make binding decisions in the same manner as Congress.
